OUR SUCCESS WITH SEEK IS ONLY 15%
If you are relying on Seek to fill your accounting positions then
in our experience you only have a 15% chance of filling the role!
We monitor closely our return on advertising costs to actual placements
and we found, in the first nine months of 2010, that our Seek advertising
was only responsible for 15% of the positions we filled. Clearly
if you only use one media, your chances of success are limited.
We use three different sites, various print media, a 21 year old
database and a wide range of professional contacts to fill positions.
All of which increases the possibilities of filling the role from
a wider pool of candidates and not just active job seekers searching
on electronic job boards.
